- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 32fl oz chicken broth or more

Instructions:
- Brown the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

- Combine with Stuffing: In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef and vegetable mixture with the stuffing mix.
- Add Chicken Broth: Pour the chicken broth over the stuffing mix and stir gently until everything is evenly moistened.
- Bake (Optional): If you prefer a crispy topping, transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Serve: Once done, let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm as a delicious side dish.
Tips:
- Variations: You can customize your stuffing by adding additional spices or herbs like thyme, rosemary, or parsley for extra flavor.
- Make-Ahead: You can prepare the stuffing ahead of time and bake it just before serving.
- Leftovers: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
