Homemade Chocolate Powder
Ingredients:
1 block of chocolate, preferably Mexican chocolate bar
2 tablespoons of sugar, or any sugar you have available.
1 pinch of sea salt.


Optional healthier idea:
If you want a healthier version, you can blend the chocolate with dates instead of adding sugar, or use it to make chocolate smoothies.


Instructions:
Cut the chocolate block into smaller pieces.
Add the chocolate pieces to a blender or food processor.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, or use the sugar you have on hand.
Add a pinch of sea salt.
Blend until it turns into a fine chocolate powder.
Use it for hot chocolate, drinks, or desserts.
